Transmitted documents are archived as .pdf's with meaningful file names. And, failed transmissions are flagged via email. One customer can receive by fax, another by email, or neither.

The Fax/Email Solution consists of SyteLine (6 or below) and ProTechnology's Output Director product. We provide the installation and configuration services.
